Statewide listings were down 20.5% to 25,364 while the median single-family home price rose 9.7% to $214,000. Despite the dip in new listings and home sales, houses were selling quicker this April compared to last April. On average, homes are on the market for 99 days, which is 4.8% less time than April of 2019.
